Revolt me

So you know that workout regimen I've been doing... Revolt?  I'm still in love with it.  It is extremely challenging.  Oh and did you know that I've been doing this for a few (ha) weeks now and it still challenges me ever single day?  Sadly on Friday when I was doing my upper body workout my arms and shoulders were extremely sore and tired and worn out.  That's good, right?  That's what they tell me!

There is also a new website that Nichole has been working on diligently with her wonderful people so you definitely should check it out.  I mean what can it hurt?  Oh and let me tell you, it can hurt, but it's a GOOD hurt.  Just sayin!
