Dream job when you were little/ what is it now? | Blogtober '14

When I was little I really wanted to be a ballerina on Broadway. I was in Ballet for 10 years and tap for 5 years. I used to want to do jazz as well but I had to choose and I chose Ballet and Tap. One summer I signed up to do a solo dance at a competition and things didn't work out and I wasn't able to finish the lessons. I'm not real sure what happened. So my mom told the dance teacher that I would start back in the fall and I never did. I missed it too.

Now as an adult I want to be a writer. I'm not sure if I want to be a professional blogger or I want to write a book or a cookbook or some of all. To try and accomplish my goal, I am now working on a Masters in English with the focus on Professional and Technical Editing.

I have my personal blog here and actually got myself more of a professional blog writing gig for our local Scuba Diving company.

btw... can I become famous so that I can be a star on Dancing with the Stars??

  1. I always wanted to take dance when I was little, but I was too involved in other sports. I'm taking adult ballet now and love it. I'm not good, but it's a lot of fun.

I want to be on dancing with the stars. I always hoped they would do a 'general population' show.

  3. Oh I love to dance! I think it would be so wonderful to be a professional dancer, but I am much too lazy for that ;D Being a writer would be amazing too! That's why I love blogging - it kind of helps you practice.

  5. LOL Nichole I love you! That dancing with the stars bit tickled the shit out of me!

Ok. When I was a kid I wanted desperately to be a police officer. NOW as an adult I want desperately to be a nurse, but not sure if it'll ever happen at this stage of the game.

I think you are a wonderful writer btw :)
