Twisted Root Burger Co. DFW Airport

On our return flight home, we had about a 3 hour layover at DFW. Once we got through customs and back into the terminal, we went to our terminal and found food. That was the main goal, find food! Doug, Rachele, Dan, and Carlene made it to the gate before we did, so we called them to tell them we decided to eat at Twisted Root Burger Company, which was just down from our gate.

Hubby went with the Freshman 15 and Onion Rings. The Freshman 15 had bacon, fried egg, smashed fries, and melted cheese on top. He enjoyed it. I didn’t taste it….

I went with the Bacon Ranch. I’m pretty sure that explains what was on my burger, right? And fries. Let’s just say…. yum.

Was it the best burger I’ve had? No, but it was pretty darn good.
